When we all got letters telling us what an exciting development it is that our jobs are going to go, some of us had some insult added to the injury - the letter was unfranked and so the Post Office charged us for it! It's like having to pay to have your face slapped.
We thought LUL management were supposed to be the champions of technology replacing staff, but when the franking machine broke down, human beings with stamps had to take over. With this level of technological expertise, why would anyone trust LUL with automatic ticketing systems or driverless trains?!
