Reverse This Unfair Sacking

An Employment Tribunal has ruled that London Underground sacked driver James Masango unfairly. Quite right too. James had a doctor's note stating that he was not fit to drive, LU made him drive anyway, and when he made an error, fired him!

What Tubeworker wants to know now is: firstly, when does James get his job back?; and secondly, when does the manager responsible get hauled up for endangering public safety?
