The latest plan for ATOR (or whatever it is called now) will be a two-day course, the first in our own clothes where we listen all day long to management propaganda. The company seemingly thinks that by allowing us our own clothes, it can give the illusion that this brings us closer to management, all pals together.
This continues from Valuing Time, where a huge amount of money and company time was given over to giving us the corporate line. Is this really what LU should be focusing on?
It also continues the trend of ever-shorter training. LU would love to water down our licence until it is meaningless, ready for the time when they can replace us with cheaper, unlicenced staff. We need to defend our training.
