Customer Information?

Posted in Tubeworker's blog on ,

Two years ago, LU abolished its 'fares' leaflet for passengers, arousing suspicions that LU were keeping information from customers so they didn't notice how often Oyster over-charges them.

Last week, the guidelines for displaying leaflets in stations told us to 'replace' the discounts guide with a 'blank' slot on the leaflet rack.

So, we have hundreds of thousands of leaflets with useful information for customers. And instead we are supposed to replace this with nothing but a blank leaflet!

Some top-paid manager somewhere has made this decision! It either shows that managers are totally out of touch with what we actually do. Or that they are deliberately jeopardising customers' interests. Probably a mixture of both!
