The new One London internet system is here. We were warned of ‘teething problems’ but can’t help wondering if it was intentional that reps in various locations have had to fight to get their internet access back.
New restrictions on internet access have aggrieved many staff. Unhappy drivers at Acton Town depot informed their manager that if their internet access was not restored, they would take some action. Not just write an angry letter, but perhaps all take a PNR at the same time. The prospect of closing the Picadilly line was enough to get the internet back within two days. This access should be rolled out to all staff in the company.
