Wot No Supervisor?

Management have again been covering stations without a station supervisor.

Edgware was recently staffed by an SAMF alone. Management are willing to risk safety and huge disruption for passengers by not having an SS around to secure points - especially at Edgware!

On East Ham grouop, the GSM took to booking up CSAs to work alone on stations more than a month in advance, even when Supervisors were willing to do the overtime. It seems that he won't be allowed to do that again.

It's urther proof that we can't trust management with our safety, as they are always trying to balance safety with cost. We are in a bizarre situation of having to speak up for the necessity of a supervisor on every station - as mobile station supervisors covering three stations at once is one of the attacks from management we are currently fighting.
