Fast-track Licence

LUL staff are used to management playing fast and loose with safety rules during strikes. Now it seems that Metronet's management have caught on too.

Rumours reach us of a patrol going out on the District line during the strike - probably made up of the tiny handful of scabs they could muster from right across the system. Thing is - there is also a rumour that one of them was issued with his T001 licence (the required licence for patrolling the track) that very evening! Usually, it takes a full day in the classroom and another four being mentored on the track before you get your licence.
