Don't Send Staff to Spread the Virus

Despite being back to normal rosters, stations are struggling with coverage due to sickness absence management not filling vacancies (and not employing enough staff).

CSMs and CSSs do their best to juggle coverage to keep stations open, but there are limits to what is acceptable in order to do this. Tubeworker has heard of cases of clinically vulnerable staff being sent from their home station off their area to stations elsewhere in their cover groups, including to stations where there has been a Covid outbreak. Doing that puts people's lives at risk. Don't do it.

If a station does not have minimum numbers on duty, it has to close. Simple. Maybe if we did that more often, management would be forced to fill the vacancies and recruit more staff.
