On last Wednesday's football night, a detrainment CSA was dragged the length of the platform by some blokes who were annoyed that the train wouldn't be going all the way to their destination.
Fortunately(?), a senior Bakerloo line manager was present at the time. So even though his presence was not enough to prevent or stop the assault, you'd think the CSA would get the full duty of care. Sent home to recuperate at least, right? Nah - the Big Boss suggested that he might wish to complete his shift at another station!
