Tube workers have little enough confidence in LUL’s promotion system already. Since recruitment was handed to a private company, any remaining confidence has gone. It is appalling that workers are treated like this.
Which makes you wonder … Where was the ‘consultation’ about recruitment being privatised, and where was the fight against it?
